This extended Jivamukti Backbend Workhsop creates dedicated space to approach backbends with care, intelligence, and curiosity. Through a thoughtful warm-up, we prepare the spine, shoulders, and hips while building the strength and stability needed to open safely.
Together, we will explore progressive backbending sequences with a focus on alignment, breath, activation, and mindful expansion. Blending dynamic Jivamukti sequencing with conscious breathwork and clear guidance, the practice balances effort with ease - strength with softness.
